Date:Sep 05, 2022

"The True Teachers Are Those Who Help Us Thinking For Ourselves"

~ Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan

Teachers’ Day is celebrated on September 5, every year on the occasion of the birth anniversary of India’s second President, Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan. Dr. Radhakrishnan was of the opinion that “teachers should be the best minds in the country”. Teachers’ Day is celebrated all over India as an occasion to appreciate and acknowledge the efforts and hard work of our teachers in making us sophisticated and responsible individuals. Observed all over the country, this day is celebrated to commemorate millions of teachers around, for their efforts in promoting education.

The entire initiative of the celebration was taken by our beloved students. They organised the whole event and executed it beyond our imagination. They had designed a beautiful invitation card for the teachers that had a detailed information about the programme. Heart- touching speeches, graceful dances, soulful songs, entertaining games, thoughtful skits and their gestures filled with love were the major take away for the teachers offered by the students of MVJIS. Their beautiful gesture have well established their love and true respect for their teachers. In its truest sense, nothing could lessen the spirit of the students & that really made the day of the teachers.

A TEACHER TAKES A HAND, OPENS A MIND & TOUCHES A HEART!!!!!! HAPPY TEACHERS’ DAY.
